Unique room designs, effective heating systems, quality toiletries
Navigating the many stairs with heavy luggage was exhausting!!! The awkward shared glass door in the bathroom setup left much to be desired. Maintenance issues such as inconsistent air conditioning deserve immediate attention!!!

The hotel was placed in the central location near the central market. We had a SUPERIOR quadruple room with exceptionally comfortable bed and a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning, and a personal safe.

Everything was brand-new, but we stayed for 3 nights only. The staff were affable and excellent and made our stay a such great experience. The location was marvellous and fantastic, in the centre of Florence, the hotel overlooked inner courtyard. No reason to complain, the venue met required needs, would recomand it.

How utterly disgraceful! I expected at least an upgrade for all my trouble, yet nothing was offered. The air conditioning was a joke-barely worked at all. I almost considered a good review, but alas, the disappointments just piled up.

quiet atmosphere, quiet hotel, it has comfortable location close to shops, cafeterias, sights, parks, the centre of florence, and many restaurants. everyone who works in the venue is affable and excellent. no reason to complain, a such wonderful experience, would stay here again.

The check-in process was smooth, and we were able to settle in early, which was a great start. Staying for a couple of nights allowed us to explore the nearby Uffizi Gallery and the lovely Pitti Palace. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room, and the air conditioning. It was a challenge dealing with the stairs, especially with luggage.

The quick self check-in process was convenient, and the staff were responsive through WhatsApp, assisting me promptly . The nearby cafes provided excellent coffee and quick meals.

The superior quadruple room was marvellous and modern, with a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioning, and a personal safe. Everyone was very helpful and excellent. the location of the hotel was central, next to the leather market, the train station, the cathedral, Ponte Vecchio. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring.
